Leadership Training
School District
Helped to implement Leadership training in the school district for the students, faculty and staff, by training them. Held classes for faculty and staff and then taught leadership concepts in the classrooms.
Safety Culture Training
Taught leadership training and cultural change to over 500 employees, supervisors to C-suite, over the course of three months.
Leadership Classes
After analyzing the organization, I have developed specific courses to meet the needs of the organization.
While concepts will vary, most include: communication in all directions, leadership styles and how you really need multiple styles for different situations, decisions making styles – how and when to use them.
